Come and stay in our spacious tastefully decorated three bedroom cottage, one row back from one of the best warm and sandy beaches on the Island.
The cottage has been totally renovated with comfortable new furnishings and fittings, to bring it up to our high 'Serendipity' standards. Two of the bedrooms have queen size beds, with the third bedroom having two twin beds. The screened sunroom is a cozy spot to sit back and enjoy a book or take a snooze.

The cottage comes fully equipped with fridge, stove, microwave, washer dryer, linens, towels, pots & pans, dishes, glassware, cutlery etc. Ceiling fans, TV-VCR-DVD-Radio, are also available. There is a screened sunroom and a deck with Bar-B-Q, for your added comfort.
The safe sandy beach is only 150 feet from the cottage. This beach, on the Northumberland Strait, boasts some of the warmest waters north of Carolina, with sands that stretch for miles. There are miles of safe beach at your doorstep for swimming, walking, and exploring. It is perfect for children. At low tide, dozens of shallow tide pools warm in the sun.

Cancellations:
Cancellation Policy:
For a 1 (one) week reservation, cancellation must be made at least 3 (three) weeks or more in advance of the scheduled arrival date.
For a reservation of 2 (two) weeks or more, cancellation must be made at least 4 (four) weeks in advance of the scheduled arrival date.
Cancelled reservations not within the above time limits, will be refunded only if the cottage is rebooked.
All refunds are subject to a $50 administration fee
Administration policy on refunds: This site's administration policy on refunds: 10% of the total paid+ $3.00 booking fee is non-refundable. Refunds on remaining balance to be negotiated directly w/property owner subject to their policy.

Getting There:
Follow these directions to Serendipity Bed & Breakfast Inn to pick up the Cottage keys. We are only 10 minutes from the Cottage.
Our GPS Coordinates: N46° 20.497', W063° 42.133' You have 3 choices to get onto the Island:By road across Confederation Bridge from New Brunswick,
On the Ferry to Wood Islands from Caribou, Nova Scotia,
By air through the Charlottetown Airport From Halifax Airport.
Driving takes approximately 3 hours via Confederation Bridge and 4 hours by Ferry. From Moncton Airport.
Driving takes approximately 90 minutes via Confederation Bridge We will provide detailed directions at time of Booking Confirmation
