The cancellation policy for Wexford Heritage House is: (a) notice of 1 month prior to date of arrival: full refund of the deposit amount less a $100 service charge or (b) less than 1 month notice: deposit will only be refunded if the house is rented for the same time period, less a $100 service charge.
Administration policy on refunds: This site's administration policy on refunds: 10% of the total paid+ $3.00 booking fee is non-refundable. Refunds on remaining balance to be negotiated directly w/property owner subject to their policy.
