Welcome to our Beach Cathedral located in spectacular St. Peter’s Harbor. This spacious, newly constructed, two and a half storey beach house provides the ideal location for those looking for private, upscale accommodations with convenient access to all that PEI has to offer.
This property boasts three decks, each with water views. The master bedroom is on the second floor of the house and features a private deck, walk-in closet and a double bed. Across the hall, the second bedroom also boasts it’s own deck and double bed. The third bedroom with a double bed is privately located on the third level of the house. All three bedrooms offer spacious closets and dressers, allowing you to settle in and truly make yourself at home.
The beach house offers a 3-piece bathroom on the main floor, with a 4-piece bathroom with walk-in shower on the second floor. The Great Room for dining and relaxing is conveniently located next to the kitchen area on the first level. The kitchen features a full size fridge, stove, dishwasher and microwave to prepare your meals with fresh local ingredients. There is also a washer and dryer for your convenience. Outside, you will find an attached screened in deck which is perfect for dining, relaxing, reading. The open-air shower lets you rinse off after a day at the beach before heading indoors.
In addition to breathtaking views of the North Shore, Greenwich National Park & St Peter’s Harbor, our location has much to offer. Within a one minute walk, you can sink your toes into the pristine sands of the North Shore or take a swim in the crystal clean waters. Enjoy the sounds of the birds at this shore side seabird refuge. Deep sea fishing, world-class golf and an interpretive center are all just minutes from your waterfront cottage.

This newly constructed 2.5 storey beach house has three bedrooms, two boasting their own decks. All three bedrooms offer one double bed, a spacious closet and dresser. The main floor features a 3-piece bathroom with walk-in shower and the second floor offers a 4-piece bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for at-home dining. There is a full-size fridge, stove, dishwasher and microwave for your use. The beach house also offers a washer and dryer for your convenience. This beach house is available for weekly rental with a Saturday check-in/check-out.

Occupancy:
Included in the published rate is 6 adults. (Maximum occupancy - 6 guests).
Cancellations:
We require 14 days notice of any cancellations or booking changes. If we are able to rebook the cottage for the same period, you will be given a refund on your booking less a $100 administration fee. If we are unable to rebook the property for the period canceled, you will be charged for 25% of the total booking.
Administration policy on refunds: This site's administration policy on refunds: 10% of the total paid+ $3.00 booking fee is non-refundable. Refunds on remaining balance to be negotiated directly w/property owner subject to their policy.
Local Attractions:
This is the ideal location for relaxation or for a multitude of activities from deep sea fishing, heading to the beach or taking in some of PEI's world class golf courses. Red Head Harbor Wharf, just a kilometer away, is a great spot to pick up some fresh local seafood to enjoy in the comfort of your cottage. Nature lovers will love exploring the nearby dunes and Interpretive Centre at Greenwich National Park.

Take the 1st left onto Brackley Point Rd. Turn left onto Charlottetown Perimeter Hwy/Trans-Canada Hwy (signs for Wood Islands/Souris). Turn left onto Veteran's Memorial Hwy/St Peters Rd/All Weather Hwy (PE-2 E/PE-218 E); follow the signs for Souris. Continue to follow Veteran's Memorial Hwy/St Peters Rd/All Weather Hwy (PE-2 E). Turn left onto St Peters Harbour Rd. Take the 1st right onto Creek Rd. Take the 1st left onto Gulf View Rd. Take the 3rd left onto Wild Rose Ln
