Clara Drive Beach House is a brand new (2008) cottage, just a two minute walk to one of the best beaches on PEI! This private beach offers 1 mile of white "singing" sand unlike any other in this world.
The cottage is a cozy 2 bedroom with room to sleep 6 guests and all the amenities need to thoroughly enjoy your vacation! Take advantage of access to a free boat trip, Tuna and Mackarel fishing while in season, or if nothing in season, a leisurely boat ride aboard the Lady Dawn!
Cottage has a large 10 x 30 foot screened in porch for you to enjoy all day long. Cottage is also eqipped with an outdoor shower.

Location:
Cottage is located 10 minutes east of Souris on route 16. Cottage is located on a one mile stretch of one of the nicest beaches you will ever see! Also just a short drive or a nice walk across the rocks to Basin Head Beach. Children and Adults both will love the fun to be had at Basin Head.

Included in the published rate is 6 adults. (Maximum occupancy - 6 guests).
Cancellations:
Must give 4 weeks notice in order for refund of your full deposit, 2 weeks notice for partial refund.
Administration policy on refunds: This site's administration policy on refunds: 10% of the total paid+ $3.00 booking fee is non-refundable. Refunds on remaining balance to be negotiated directly w/property owner subject to their policy.

Snorkeling - Red Point Rock, lots of crabs, and lobster and various other sea life. Kayaking - Cottage has 2 kayaks for you to enjoy. Peaceful walks along the sandy beach. Bonfires - wood is provided. Kids area - Playset and trampoline. Lots of friendly neighbors both adults and children, you will never be bored.

Getting There:
From the confederation bridge head to charlottetown on route 1 - Trans Canada Highway, follow the trans canada until you see the signs for Sours and route 2, follow route 2 all the way to Souris go through Souris and you are now on route 16 follow this for about 10 minutes. When you get to Red Point Provincial Park, slow down there will be 2 dirt roads on your right, take the second one and this is Sandy's Lane. Follow the road all the way down and take your first left and the cottage is the first one on the right. Welcome and come right in!
