B & C Riverfront Chalet is a nicely-decorated, non-smoking, (Four Star Canada Select) deluxe three bedroom chalet-style cottage located in Clinton, PEI a community 22 km east of Summerside and 6 km east of Kensington. It is an ideal, relaxing get away, with a magnificent view of the rolling landscape of PEI and the waterfront of beautiful Southwest River. The cottage is situated on a one-acre lot with five other cottages nearby.The cottage was newly-constructed in 2002 and a large wrap-around sun deck was added in 2004.
Inside is fully-equipped with all the amenities of home, all that is required is the food. From the sundeck you can enjoy the stunning sunsets reflecting off the water and slowly sinking into the land. B&C Riverfront Chalet also offers stairs to a platform for easy access to the water for your canoeing or kayaking pleasure.

A telephone, fax, TV, stereo, high-speed internet, satellite dish, VCR, DVD, washer & dryer give you all the amenities of home. Modern cottage kitchen has a refrigerator, oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster. Cutlery, dishes and linens/bedding are provided. The three luxury bedrooms comfortably sleep six. The heating is electric. A propane BBQ is provided for your outdoor cooking pleasure.

Cancellations:
Cancellation Policy in effect If canceled 24 days prior to arrival or before,you get all but $100.00 booking fee back . If later all but $100.00 booking fee back if property is re-booked.
Administration policy on refunds: This site's administration policy on refunds: 10% of the total paid+ $3.00 booking fee is non-refundable. Refunds on remaining balance to be negotiated directly w/property owner subject to their policy.

Prince Edward Island National Park #8 most popular of 15 things to do in Prince Edward Island With an area of 10 square miles, this park offers sandy beaches, sand dunes, biking and hiking trails and salt marshes where you can see blue herons in abundance. The northern part of the park runs along the Gulf of St. Lawrence. At the Cavendish area of the park, the Green Gables Books House is based on the "Anne of Green Gables" books by L.M. Montgomery. This charming green and white cottage features a colourful garden as well as a mini Green Gables House in the yard. It is furnished with Victorian style furniture and guided tours are available. Cavendish Beach and area Cavendish is a small town in the summer which virtually closes up in the winter. The beach area is the best on the island and is part of a provincial park. There is an $8 charge to get into the park which is good for 24 hours. This goes for maintenance of the beach area. There is a building complex back of the beach for changing, a restaurant, snack bar etc. The townsite itself has developed as a result of the beach and has developed other attractions because of the popularity of the beach. FROM THE CONFEDERATION BRIDGE: Take Rt. #1, merging to Rt.# 1A, towards Central Bedeque until you reach Traveller's Rest. Turn right onto Rt. # 2 to Kensington. At the lights in Kensington, go straight through onto Rt. # 6, and proceed 6 kms. past Margate until you come to Woodside Road on your left. Proceed down this road about 1 km. and take the Suds Lane on your left. Proceed to the bottom of the hill and turn right onto Lady Bug Lane. The B & C Riverfront Chalet is the last place on the left. Watch for our sign. FROM THE CHARLOTTETOWN AIRPORT: Take Rt. #2 heading west, passing through Hunter River, continue until you get to Kensington. At the lights in Kensington, turn right onto Rt. # 6, and proceed 6 kms. past Margate until you come to Woodside Road road on your left. Proceed down this road about 1 km. and take the Suds Lane on your left. Proceed to the bottom of the hill and turn right onto Lady Bug Lane. The B & C Riverfront Chalet is the last place on the left. Watch for our sign. FROM THE WOOD ISLANDS FERRY: Follow the road signs to Charlottetown. Take Rt. #2 heading west, passing through Hunter River, continue until you get to Kensington.
